Since first learning of Rebecca's diagnosis, we've all had the same reaction: how can we help? The first step is exploring bone marrow donation. Visit www.bethematch.org to learn how you can become a part of the international bone marrow registry. Getting tested is easy: a simple cheek swab is all you need to enter the registry. In the next few weeks, we'll be organizing a bone marrow donation drive in Louisville, KY where friends of Rebecca and John's can come and submit their cheek swab and enter the registry.

For the most part, health insurance is covering the cost of Rebecca's treatment; however, the Weis family has been forced to take extended leaves of absence from work and expenses like travel add up quickly.
